Glen Miller
Frazier Glenn Miller, föddes 1940. Grundade White Patriots Party 1980.
Glenn Miller och hans organisation fick ca 200 000 dollar av Der Brüder Schweigen, pengar som användes till träningsläger för organisationens medlemmar men en stor del av pengarna gjorde Miller själv av med då han var/är alkoholist. Alkoholmissbruket ledde till att gruppen så småningom splittrades. Spillrorna av organisationen finns dock kvar än idag.
Glen Miller togs på bar gärning då han köpte maskingevär vilket gjorde att han gick med på att bli en informatör åt FBI och få straffreducering, från 100 års fängelse till 5 års skyddstillsyn.
Glen Miller vittnade mot bland annat mot Bob Miles, Louis Beam och Richard Butler (Aryan Nations) samt flera medlemmar ur Der Brüder Schweigen i "The Fort Smith Arkansas Sedition trial" 1988.
Trots att rättegångsprotokoll finns och trots att flera framträdande nationalister, såsom Jeff Schoep (NSM) och Tom Metzger (WAR) uttalat sig mycket negativt om Glen Miller, så hävdar Miller att det är han som utsatts för en komplott och att det i själva verket är ovan nämnda nationalister som vittnat mot Miller. Vad som kan tyckas konstigt med Millers version är att exempelvis Ordern är i fängelse och Miller i det fria, utkommen från det vittnesskyddsprogram som vittnen i USA har rätt till.
Miller kallar sig fortfarande nationell och samarbetar med Vanguard News Network som drivs av Alex Linder.
Rättegången
The Fort Smith Arkansas Sedition Trial var den tredje rättegången i USA´s historia då det gäller uppvigling. Vissa av de åtalade blev prövade för brott de redan fällts för, bland annat så gick David Lane in i rättegångssalen då han redan blivit dömd till 190 år och Bruce Pierce 240 år. Många av de åtalade försvarade sig själva och enligt bland andra Louis Beam så är det en av de bidragande orsakerna till att rättegången slutade som den gjorde. Trots "stjärnvittnen" såsom Jim Ellison så fälldes inte någon av de åtalade. Ett stort antal vittnen hade inkallats för att vittna mot de åtalade däribland Glen Miller, Dan Gaymon, Mrs Glenn Miller, Jim Ellison och Bill Riccio. Gemensamt för dessa är att de, likt Miller, åter försöker ta sig in på den nationella scenen. Även den föredetta Order-medlemmen Thomas Martinez vittnade mot sina forna kamrater.

Plea Guilty and the court is satisfied that there is a factual basis for the plea, there being a finding of Guilty to Count 9.
Defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense of possession of unregistered explosive destructive devices and aiding and abetting 26 U.S.C.. 11586l(d). 5871 - 18 U.S.C..12. as charged in Count 9.
Sentence or Probation Order The court asked whether defendant had anything to say why judgement should not be pronounced because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the court, the court adjudacated the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that: The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Attorney General or his authorized representative thereof for imprisonment for a period of
COUNT 9 ten (10) years. Execution of the sentence of imprisonment is suspended.
The defendant is placed on probation for a period of five (5) years.
The period of probation shall be consecutive to the confinement portion of the sentence served in case number' 87-31-01-CR-5 [200 year term reduced to 5 years] and shall be upon the following terms and conditions.
SPECIAL Conditions of Probation
1. that he comply with all local, state and federal laws
2. that he comply with the rules and regulations of the Probation Office
3. that he not be a member of, or associate with, any white supremacist organization or support or associate in anyway with anyone who is a member of such an organization
4. That he not possess any firearm or other dangerous weapon, that he continue his cooperation with the Department of Justice as required by his Memorandum of Plea agreement in case 87-31-CR-S
5. that he pay restitution to the U. S. Government, such sums may be approved as counsel fees for his court-appointed counsel - said sum to be, paid in equal monthly installments during the period of his probation.
6. A special assessment in the amount of $50.00 is imposed.
