Yeshayahu Leibowitz

Yeshayahu Leibowitz, född den 29 januari 1903 i Riga, Lettland, avliden den 18 augusti 1994 i Jerusalem, Israel. Judisk filosof, forskare samt professor i biokemi och medicin. En av de första att framhålla Förintelsen som religion, sammanfattat i ett citat: "The Jewish religion died 200 years ago. Now there is nothing that unifies the Jews around the world apart from the Holocaust."
